Listing terms

Draft for the test version. Final terms need legal review before launch.

1. You may only list a business, masjid or organisation that you run or are authorised to represent.
2. Information you add must be accurate. Halaal certificates must be genuine and current. False halaal claims lead to removal.
3. New listings and changes to names, categories and ownership are reviewed before they go live.
4. You must reconfirm your listing when asked (every 3 months for food businesses, every 6 months for others). Listings that aren't reconfirmed are labelled as not recently confirmed.
5. Basic listings are free. Paid upgrades are optional.
6. You are responsible for everything on your listing. Halaal Trails doesn't check listing information and isn't responsible for it.
7. We may edit, suspend or remove listings that break these terms or that visitors report as wrong.

Paid plans

1. Paid plans (Featured, Premium and Enhanced) are sold by Raazfar Digital, which runs Halaal Trails. Card payments are processed securely by PayFast, and charges show on your bank statement as Raazfar Digital. We never see or store your card details.
2. Plans are billed monthly in advance, starting on the day you upgrade, until you cancel. The price is shown before you pay.
3. Your plan starts as soon as PayFast confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
4. You can cancel any time from your business dashboard. You won't be charged again, and the plan stays until the end of the month you've paid for. After that your free listing carries on as before.
5. Monthly payments aren't refunded for part-months. If you were charged in error or twice, contact us and we'll refund it in full.
6. If a monthly payment fails, the plan ends a few days after the due date and your listing goes back to a free listing.
